Shipping Timeframes: Our standard shipping time for in-stock items is approximately 2-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Delays: We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Transfer of Risk: In accordance with Art. 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, the benefit and risk of the goods pass to you as soon as the package has been handed over to the carrier.
SECTION 6 - PRE-ORDER ITEMS
For pre-order items, the shipping timeline may vary. The estimated shipping date will be clearly communicated on the specific product page. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or production shifts may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to the estimated timeline. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the shipping timeframe is an estimate and not a fixed deadline.
SECTION 7 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside of Switzerland (e.g., to the EU, USA, or UK), you are considered the importer of record. You are responsible for any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees levied by your destination country. Delure Accessories has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
