Refund policy
1. General Terms
By placing an order with Delure Accessories, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by Swiss Law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the owner, Amedeo Bodenmüller.
2. Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for our jewelry. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For hygiene reasons, earrings may be excluded from returns if the protective seal is broken.

Costs: All costs associated with the return shipment are to be paid by the customer.
3. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at delure.accessories@outlook.com. Returns must be sent to: Delure Accessories, Liestalerstrasse 58, 4411 Seltisberg, Switzerland.
4. Damages and Issues (Warranty)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Under Swiss law, you are required to report obvious defects immediately to preserve your warranty rights.
5. European Union & UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at delure.accessories@outlook.com.
8. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country
